The Webster Police Department is committed to the highest level of customer service. In an effort to streamline our records request procedures and reduce the amount of phone calls into our records division we ask that you complete the above listed form. Once submitted, the form is immediately received by the Records Division supervisor and clerical personnel. Your request will then be handled in the order in which it was received. We prefer to respond to most all information request by email or fax if applicable.
