Holiday Yard Decorating Contest

Judges will make their rounds through the Webster neighborhoods in December to decide the best yards this holiday season. A first, second and honorable mention will be chosen for the east and west sides of Highway 3. Yards are judged based on color, creativity, aesthetic beauty, and the variety of decorations used. Winners will be posted on Facebook and in the January newsletter.
