Conflict of Interest Questionnaire

The Texas Legislature passed House Bill 914 in the 2005 legislative session which has been codified under Chapter 176 of the Local Government Code. According to this recent legislation, all vendors and other persons contracting or seeking to contract for the sale or purchase of property, goods or services with a local governmental entity must file a conflict of interest questionnaire (PDF) with the city secretary’s office.
