Water
The City of Webster Water Division provides distribution and treatment of drinking water beyond federal and state standards. The City is staffed with licensed professionals, available 24-hours a day, to ensure the highest quality of service possible. The City is constantly monitoring the quality of water provided to ensure the safety of all water customers. Adequate pressure and volume are maintained around the clock to provide constant fire protection to the community. The City of Webster is proud to provide service above and beyond the expectations of the water industry.
Wastewater
The City of Webster Wastewater Division provides outstanding collection, treatment, and discharge of the community’s wastewater beyond federal and state standards. The City is staffed with licensed professionals, available 24-hours a day to ensure the highest quality of service possible. The wastewater treatment plant discharges treated wastewater which exceeds state and federal standards, in order to protect the health of the community and the environment. The City of Webster is proud to provide service above and beyond the expectations of the wastewater industry.
To apply for a water bill adjustment, please fill out the two page form per the form's instructions, and submit it to the Public Works Department.
Public Works Hours of Operation:
Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
