Humane Services

The primary function and intent of the City of Webster Animal Control is to provide protection for health, safety, and welfare of the public within the city limits, by controlling the animal population and by establishing uniform rules for the control and eradication of rabies. 

Viewing times for animals available for adoption are:
Monday - Thursday: 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by
appointment only for other times and on Fridays.

Registration

Annual (yearly) registration is required for all dogs and cats over 4 months of age residing within the City of Webster. By registering your dogs and cats, it helps us to better understand the real number of animals within our City, safeguard the public by ensuring animals are vaccinated and healthy and assist with reuniting lost pets with their owners. 

In order to successfully register your dog or cat, please complete the  Animal Registration Form   (Adobe Acrobat 11 is required) and provide documentation of current rabies vaccination. These documents may be submitted, free of charge, through the following methods:

A registration tag will then be mailed to the resident.  Please secure the tag to the pet's collar. To locate a lost pet, please contact City of Webster Animal Control, at (281)316-3709.
