Notice is hereby given that a public hearing of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Webster, Texas will be held on Wednesday, the 16th day of August, 2017, 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 101 Pennsylvania Avenue, Webster, Texas 77598, at which time the Planning and Zoning commission will receive public comments on the following planned development guidelines for an over the age of 55 apartment complex.
