Disaster Recovery Center in Webster

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is utilizing the Webster Civic Center as a Disaster Recovery Center to help those that have been affected by Hurricane Harvey.

The Center is open from 7am to 7pm, seven days a week, and will remain open until everyone has been helped. The location of the Center is 311 Pennsylvania Ave., Webster, Texas 77598.

The Disaster Recovery Center may be able to help you accomplish the following:

  • Apply for assistance.
  • Learn more about disaster assistance programs.
  • Learn the status of your FEMA application.
  • Understand any letters you get from FEMA.
  • Find housing and rental assistance information.
  • Get answers to questions or resolve problems.
  • Get referrals to agencies that may offer other assistance.
  • Learn about Small Business Administration (SBA) programs.
