NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEBSTER, TEXAS WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, THE 11th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2019, 6:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT 101 PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE, WEBSTER, TEXAS 77598, AT WHICH TIME THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION WILL RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENTS ON THE FOLLOWING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES:
The proposed Planned Development Guidelines for PA-14-1, a proposed 90-lot single-family development on approximately 31.3 acres within the Edgewater Planned Development (Planned Development #3), City of Webster, Texas, generally located 1,300 feet southeast from the south side of the intersection of Water Street and Marina View Street.
